the collection returns to the most elemental shapes, blocks, curves and textures that have existed since the earliest expressions of design. These are the archetypes of objects, before ornamentation or excess, timeless in proportion and deeply familiar to the human eye and hand.
The voluminous silhouettes and raw surfaces draw from ancient rituals and architecture, from monoliths, totems, and vessels shaped by hand and by nature. Yet their softened edges and tactile finishes invite touch, creating a quiet connection between the human and the handcrafted.
At Indie Living, we believe design begins with imagination, an instinct to look beyond what exists and envision what could be. We are inspired by forms larger than us: architecture shaped by time, landscapes worn by nature, objects marked by human touch. From these references, we imagine spaces and furniture that feel both grounded and expansive, rooted in material honesty, yet free in thought.
Our process is intuitive and exploratory. We return to origins, stripping form to its essence, working closely with materials and allowing craft to guide creation.
